Da questi, con calibrazioni specifiche per coltura validate in campo, si ricava l\u2019assorbimento reale di azoto della pianta.<\/p><p>Confrontando questo valore con la quantit\u00e0 critica di azoto necessaria per la crescita massima in quello stadio fenologico, si calcola l\u2019NNI (Nitrogen Nutrition Index): un valore sotto 1 indica carenza, sopra 1 indica eccesso.
